Lexcellence, a new restaurant in the Seine-et-Marne region, has built up an unshakeable brand image over the past 2 years, thanks to its reputation as a foodtruck. Jérémy Molard, a butcher by trade, and his wife Aurore have chosen to serve burgers, kebabs, tacos and paninis made with premium quality, locally sourced products.
