Friendly bistro, grills on volcanic stone grill, non-stop in high season in Savigny-lès-Beaune.
Wine bar managed by Jérôme Granados in the former premises of the Aux Fourneaux restaurant, opened in 2023. The decor, terrace and 'zero industrial products' concept of the bistro are very appealing. It's an invitation to enjoy a glass of wine in a good atmosphere over a board: sausage, Jura cured ham, morbier, fruity comté or a vegetarian board with pickles, a duo of mousses and homemade desserts. A wine list to enjoy on the premises or to take away, a selection of local, artisanal beers and a grocery store stocked with local products.

Arrivés dans l’après-midi, nous avons pu profiter d’une excellente planche de charcuterie / fromage et d’un non moins excellent crumble. Personnel tres sympathique au demeurant . A conseiller sans reserve !

De passage sur la région, nous avons découvert cette cave à vin qui propose une cuisine faite de produits locaux et très savoureux. Nous avons pu apprécier de bons fromages et charcuteries locaux. Dessert excellent. Le vin au diapason. Le pain est excellent. Une belle découverte.
