A former student of the Lenôtre school in Paris, Chikly created the craft shop Chantal de Praligny in 1986. The speciality is stork's egg. Dark or milk chocolate, ganache or praline, there's something for everyone, including organic chocolate lovers. Chantal leads playful and creative workshops to learn about chocolate creation. Always in the spirit of the times, some workshops have the theme of sugar-free chocolate or organic chocolate. Highly creative, Chantal de Praligny stands out with her original and personalised packaging. We wouldn't be against a website, but finally going to meet the dynamic Chantal and her chocolates will largely fill this gap.
