The castle of Saulon, close to Dijon and the vineyard, is a dream location for the organization of a wedding or a reception with great pomp. A high standing building of the XVIIth century, benefiting from both the comfort of modernity and the charm of the period. Majestic avenue leading to the courtyard of the castle, a 4-star hotel with 42 bright rooms. A pavilion in the style of a large market hall called the Orangery makes the evenings magical with its guinguette-style lighting.
