The castle of Saulon, close to Dijon and the vineyard, is a dream location for the organization of a wedding or a reception with great pomp. A high standing building of the XVIIth century, benefiting from both the comfort of modernity and the charm of the period. Majestic avenue leading to the courtyard of the castle, a 4-star hotel with 42 bright rooms. The 27-hectare French garden, worthy of the most beautiful palaces, allows you to enjoy a magical and bucolic setting at the same time. A pavilion in the style of a large market hall called the Orangery makes the evenings magical with its guinguette-style lighting. A red carpet lined with night candles covers the path leading to the pavilion. The castle has several spaces with different atmospheres that can accommodate from 10 to 140 people (seated) for different events, the lounge, which can be used for the wine of honor, can accommodate up to 250 people. On the table side, the chef Benjamin Gaudrillet puts his brigade at the disposal of the guests, for all-inclusive formulas. Everything is done and thought out to make this day a success, turnkey.

Nous travaillons des produits "maison" à 100% à base de produits frais, bruts, préparés chaque matin par notre équipe. Cela a en effet un coût un peu plus élevé que dans certains restaurants qui servent des produits en partie préparés ...
Au sujet de la température, notre restaurant est entièrement chauffé et agrémenté d'une cheminée en hiver. Celle ci n'a pas pu être utilisée durant quelques jours en raison d'une panne sur les ventilations mais elle a bien été remise en fonction pour vous apporter une atmosphère chaleureuse et une ambiance hivernale.
