One of the most important events in the Côte-d'Or is the Journées gourmandes du Grand Morvan et des Pays de Bourgogne in Saulieu. Since the beginning of the 1990's, more than a hundred producers from the Morvan region have been meeting at the Saulieu Exhibition Center with conviviality: food stands, cheeses, food products, Charolais meats, cooking contests, crafts and concerts to delight more than 19 000 visitors! The image of Saulieu as a gourmet stage is at its best!
