Restaurant offering typical dishes and a wine list in Santenay.
A charming little restaurant on the main square of Santenay, Le Terroir is its name by focusing on typical dishes of the region and worn on the land. Fabrice Germain and Cyril Reynaud change the map that changes to the rhythm of the seasons. Good things from the menu of the day like the Thyme of chestnut, toast bread of duck conflict followed by a back of place in tasting of gingerbread bread, crushed from potatoes potato to snails butter. The desserts are just as seductive, semi-baked black chocolate, heart flowing with salty butter or cream burned to coffee, Bourbon vanilla, for example. An address well under all reports, including for the map of wines selected by Corinne Germain which makes the beautiful share of the Crus wines!
