HET STADSMUS

The municipal museum tells the history of Hasselt since its birth, the traditions developed here, especially the ceramics, but also the famous jenever. You can learn all about famous people, such as the giant Langeman, who only goes out on the streets of the city every seven years! Here too, you can opt for the Stadsmus Route: a guided tour of the museum and a historical street walk, which focuses on the history of the county of Loon, from Liege to Hasselt.
