In a magnificent, brightly-lit building dating from 2008, you're greeted by a piano and a giant snake head that looks like something out of Beetlejuice and Tim Burton. In this library, located in the heart of the city and opposite the train station, it's impossible not to be seduced by the audacious cubic architecture that rises from floor to floor, tapering like cubes.
