LA TANIÈRE DES BONS VIVANTS
In Saint-Apollinaire, Vincent has created La Tanière des Bons Vivants, an authentic place where conviviality meets high standards. Here, nothing is left to chance: artisanal cochonnailles, French cured meats, mature cheeses and living wines, all from AOP IGP sources and selected with passion. The beers are brewed on site, just a few meters from the big tables. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m., La Tanière is alive with afterworks, braziers on the terrace, DJ evenings, pigs on the spit and musical entertainment. Boules pitch, board games.
