Modern, colourful and bright, the club is suitable for all audiences. The advantage is that you can practice in complete independence thanks to interactive classes: biking, gym, step, dance, yoga, pilates... The cardio area will challenge you with its bikes, steppers and treadmills. Members can follow a personalized coaching with individual assessment or join the "Small group training": 30 min sessions in groups of 6 to 8 people. With your badge, you have access to the gym from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Located in the area of Cap Vert, our sports club on loan 600m ², offers you the oportunity to discover the sport Happiness. To reach us, nothing could be simpler: an access by the tramway and a free public parking. Our friendly team welcomes you in an innovative and warm environment. At Keep Cool, there is no show-off: there are no mirrors. Our three coaches, Angélique, Karim and Suan are there to make your personalized program. Cardio or muscle strengthening? You can work on everything with us! Cardio-training, lady corner, ... many fun and effective activities are offered to you. We have 6 interactive classrooms, 3 of which are dedicated to biking, traiking and elliptical training. The advantage of these rooms? No time constraints! You choose the instructor, the class and the level of difficulty when you want. Relax at the end of your session with our stretching area.
What's the best part about our club? Your personalized training is on a personal connected key. This allows you to know the number of sets and repetitions to perform on each of our machines. At the same time, you can track the progress of your workouts on your smartphone using our free application.
