On the Place de Battice, young chef Florian, barely a quarter of a century old, offers a fixed menu and suggestions that evolve according to the market. While the dishes are traditional, the way they are presented is much more daring and modern. You'll also find stone-cured meats, burgers, fish, the inevitable boulets liégeois and everything you need to please everyone without breaking the bank. The opening hours are deliberately extended at lunchtime to offer a convivial place where you can finish your meal at your leisure.
