It is on the Place de la Libération in the heart of Pouilly-en-Auxois that you will find the Hôtel de la Poste, a former post house under Napoleon in the 18th century. 7 spacious and luminous rooms refurbished in 2018. The plus of the establishment is of course its restaurant, that of Anthony Bonnardot, the third generation of talented restaurateurs, who has worked in some of the greatest houses. His reputation is well established, his cuisine is meticulous and 100% home-made. Finally, if you have a bicycle, the hotel has a room where you can store it.

Hmm. Juste d'accord. Présentation super. La fille avait du poisson qu'elle aimait. 3 pommes de terre frites avec un steak mais ce n'est pas correct.

Très bon hôtel, parfaitement bien situé, calme hormis la circulation tôt le matin fenêtres ouvertes mais en aucun cas nous ne pouvons leur en tenir rigueur, personnel au top très gentil et bon petit déjeuner, allez-y si vous vous arrêtez à Pouilly en Auxois
