Antony Bonnardot, manager and chef of the Hôtel de la Poste restaurant in Pouilly-en-Auxois, perpetuates the history of his family, which has been here for 3 generations. The à la carte menu features traditional Auxois and Burgundy starters and dishes. Mushroom velouté, Morteau and chestnuts and calf's head with gribiche sauce sit alongside more modern dishes, such as market fish a la plancha. Finish with the dessert of the day - it's always exquisite!

A warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable, nothing more, but the table is above all praise by its variety and its freshness. An excellent stopover.
