We're crazy about Sébastien Hénon's chocolates, gourmet treats, confectionery, creative tablets and macaroons. After a stint as a pastry chef in Lyon, this chocolatier and confectioner returns to the Côte-d'Or, where he is expanding his hand-crafted collections. A boutique is opening in Dijon, another in Plombières-les-Dijon, where he creates and runs "Chocolatez" duo and pro workshops, and a third in the center of Pommard in 2023. What a lovely boutique!
