Calabria Ristorante is THE place to go for good Italian food. That's why Aurore and Lucien Gomez are constantly enhancing the charm of their dining room and terrace. Lucien, an ambassador for gastronomic products from Aosta and Emilia-Romagna, prepares arguably the best contemporary Neapolitan pizzas. At Calabria, it's all about the quality of the impasto, which Lucien works with high levels of hydration. The light, airy dough with its thick edges is succulent, leaving nothing to be desired. Everything is prepared in minute detail using the finest ingredients.
