Read moreFounded in 2016, this young estate is the fruit of the union of the Hirsinger family and Maison Jean Freudenreich. Daniel Hirsinger, his sister Catherine and Raphaël Marchal run their biodynamic estate to produce organic wines rooted in their terroir with minimal inputs in both vineyard and cellar. A visit to the cellar, lined with light wood panelling and housed in a new building on the edge of the vineyards, also clad in wood, is a must. Here, you can sit at the bar or in an armchair to enjoy fine vintages in a cosy atmosphere!
