Created by the winegrowers' union and chaired by Yvan Dufouleur, the Maison des Vignerons is a superb showcase for the 40 member winegrowers from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Premeaux-Prissey. Its vocation is to bring together a large number of references in one place. Mostly reds, but also whites, rosés and crémants are available. And if you don't know what to choose, a friendly sales assistant will listen to your preferences and advise you.

The Fagon cellar, which was picked up in 2002 by Domaine Henri Magnien, remains an unavoidable address and deserves the detour to Nights. A wholesale trader of wines, spirits and spirits, the hotel has a selection of very extensive wines, with nearly references, mainly Burgundy. As a companion to the orders of the cellar, François Magnien himself chooses from the owners-owners of the region the bottles that will be put on sale. The selection is varied and you will naturally find the wines of Domaine Henri Magnien de Gevrey-Chambertin. From 6 € to 50 €, the price range is interesting and allows all awards to offer a few quality designations. In addition to liqueurs and spirits, the Fagon cellar offers numerous Sicilian references, ranging from cruchon to gift format. Among them, fruit liqueurs (cassis, vine fishing) occupy a place of choice, as is marc or fine Burgundy.

This former ^18th-century Ursuline convent is an extraordinary place where the Boisset family wines grow. With 2,000 hl, 1,500 m² and a height of 15 m, this monumental and surprising architectural project was realized by Frédéric Didier, chief architect of the Monuments Historiques, and inaugurated in 2018. A sumptuous place between earth and sky, to be discovered during tasting tours available by reservation only. The stained glass windows and green roof add to the unusual character of this surprising cellar, and add to the oenological journey.

The Domaine du Palais is located in the heart of the Burgundian region, more specifically in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Led by Michel Saban, a great owner and gathering, the Domaine du Palais offers about 15 names in red and white wines. The field plots extend from Vosne-Romanée to Gevrey-Chambertin through Chambolle-Musigny, Aloxe-Corton, Pommard, Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune… very great wines from a reasoned culture. Myriam and Claude Dufour as well as their son Joachim have the experience and passion of the vineyard, the wink to the god of party and wine is a real message! The selections of the Cavon are rigorous, they are the fruit of the knowledge of wines, but also that of a faithful and permanent relationship with the best wine growers in the region.
