Nicolas Poirier, who holds a master's degree in fermentation processes for the food industry, set up his own brewery after several years' experience in regional breweries. His ambition is to enlighten us about good beers by taking us on a journey. Arcane, the 6-degree blonde, is an abbey-style Belgian beer. Shangri La, the white beer with its hint of ginger, provides all the freshness you could wish for. Brune, a British porter at 6°, adds a hint of cocoa. Located 10 minutes from Dijon, the brewery has a production capacity of 150 to 300 hl per year.
