Anne Coste perpetuates the legacy of his father who, in 1975, began brandevinier. She has made her passion for her profession, and since 1987 the stills have been sedentary in Nicey. The shop is in the image of the village: charming and welcoming. Liqueurs in Cassis, raspberries of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Cerises Cerises or pear brandy, raspberry, mirabell, Burgundy marc, names that give water to the mouth… Eaux-de-vie ages two to three years before being bottled and are proposed in different presentations and typology: box 6 glasses, carafes, bottles 70 cl or 50 cl, stackable bottles 20 cl or mignonnettes 4 cl. Liqueurs are manufactured as our grandmothers once did: fruits and plants rigorously selected, alcohol and sugar. Nothing more! The shop presents some specific products: " Gilane "liqueur in the plants, marc of the Vallée valley, ratafia, prune of Vitteaux. The distillery visits and the products can be tasted during the distillation season from October to May.
