Here, we do not play games with quality: reasoned culture, manual harvesting for a healthy and whole grapes, manual harvest for a healthy and whole grape, traditional vinification in oak barrels for 8 to10 months to provide a maximum of freshness and flexibility. A proof of the quality of the production? The wines are regularly awarded by prestigious guides. The estate offers fifteen appellations at reasonable prices namely: Monthelie, Volnay , Pommard or Beaune and Auxey-Duresses for red wines. For white ones, you can choose between Saint-Aubin Premiere Cru, Meursault and Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. The estate receives you only by appointment.
