The park houses a museum dedicated to the history of the site, presenting the textile trades, with splendid gardens.

The Parc de Wesserling bears witness to the extraordinary adventure of the former Royal Textile Printing Works of the 19th century. A unique collection combining industrial heritage and the life of the owners in the château and splendid gardens. This year, in June 2024, discover the fabulous gardens of La Fontaine's fables! Trois sites en un : on y passe un très agréable après-midi. Le musée n'est pas rébarbatif et présente de superbes éléments d'un autre temps. Ensuite, on poursuit la visite avec la chaufferie que l'on découvre au milieu de belles présentations décoratives : le site est totalement transformé. C'est une belle alliance entre un bâtiment industriel et une très belle exposition. Pour terminer, un petit tour dans les jardins pour admirer toutes les plantes et fleurs qui le composent ou se reposer un instant sous les arbres afin de profiter de la fraîcheur. Nous ne sommes pas déçus de cette sortie. Une envie : y retourner à une autre saison.

J ai adoré. Les explications sont tres pedagogiques, les locaux splendides. Une jolie facon de transmettre les traditions et savoir faire d une region. Le cadre est beau et le panorama du haut du musee appreciable.

the museum, which is a former Manufacture, is extraodinary; it is on 5 floors and deals with textiles; then we attended the Christmas spektakel in the evening with mulled wine on arrival; only volunteers who verzekerd van spektakel; to see at all costs but above all you have to book well in advance to be sure of being able to go
