Born into a family of winegrowers, Alix de Montille has always dreamed of opening her own restaurant in the heart of Meursault. After training with some of the world's greatest chefs - Bernard Loiseau, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard... -in 2022, she decided to embark on a culinary adventure with her friend Tatiana Poyasova. The window display is sober, wood dominates the intimate 16-cover dining room, and the plates are generous. One example is poularde aux morilles prepared with vin jaune, a recipe that she revisits in an exceptional way, a must-try.
