In April 2018, the restaurant Le Soufflot opened its doors, since then, in just one year, it has become part of the gastronomic landscape. Only two menus that you discover as you eat. This lunchtime, the proposal is obviously turning towards an autumnal trend with a melting and succulent risotto with squid and fennel as a starter. A place will follow and its ink sauce accompanied by mashed swede, the quantity in the plate is small, the gourmets could remain on their hunger while the gourmets will find it sufficient.
