Opened in 2020, this hotel-restaurant is more than just a comfortable place to stay. Located in the heart of Meursault, it offers a 100% sensory experience in a cosy setting. The rooms, restaurant, terraces or library lounge welcome you for a stay, lunch or dinner. Menus featuring top-quality produce prepared by chef Nicolas Marchant. His audacious cuisine is a delight, as is the veal fillet cooked at low temperature, potato millefeuille, confit shank and sweet garlic cream. A fine range of wines served by the glass.

This is the perfect spot if you love small towns, vineyards, wine tasting and biking through the vineyards. We arrived and check in was fantastic. They showed us a larger two bedroom suite and helped with our luggage upstairs. There are no elevators due to the age. Room is very clean and big. We had a reservations for dinner at the hotel too. The experience and meal were on par with $1000 per person top restaurants in the world. We had a nice pre meal bottle of wine and appetizers in the sitting room and then moved to our table for the main meal with another bottle of wine. 4 people, all in for a 3 hour meal, 400€. Can’t recommend enough of you like the finer things in life. The town is welcoming and relaxing.

Première fois pour mon client et moi dans ce restaurant : satisfaction totale !
Cadre contemporain chaleureux et très classe.
Petites attentions gourmandes avant et après le repas, c’est devenu tellement rare que cela mérite d’être dit !
Un immense bravo à cette jeune équipe accueillante, efficace, et très aimable !
Et sincères félicitations au chef pour sa créativité : menu du jour et de saison avec des produits simples mais magnifiquement mis en œuvre, présentations, cuissons, un vrai moment gourmand !
