HOTEL DU CENTRE
Restaurant offering regional dishes in Meursault.
Taken back in March 2012 by Alain Billard well known in Beaune for his experience in catering, hotel and wine trading, the hotel du Centre de Meursault has very quickly enjoyed some success. Renovated room and bar, open to the outside with new glass windows, creation of two terraces, one of which is a convivial courtyard and the other with the view of the square and vice versa. A new kitchen team and an experienced chef offers regional accents: For our part, we have had a generous duck pie, a generous curry chicken jump, and a white cheese from the local area with its cream grove, in the new room with well-waxed rustic accents. The service team is efficient, a real renaissance for the Centre of the Centre.

Cuisine du terroir de très bonne qualité, la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et de bon conseil pour l'accord mets/vins.

Un menu enfant équilibré et fait maison.
Quand à nous, nous avons aussi apprécié le burguer et le filet de bœuf….
Nous reviendrons ce fut une halte délicieuse et conviviale .
