Located in the city centre, facing the river, this trendy and cosy café is a great place to take a break while strolling through the streets of Kinosaki Onsen. It serves hot drinks and sweet delicacies, as well as homemade local beer, which can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace. The design is trendy and invites the visitor to stay longer. In the evenings, Tokiwa Garden is transformed into a restaurant and offers, among other things, a barbecue set, beef or crab (from ¥1900) and small starters to share.
