Certified Ecocert (organic) and Demeter (biodynamic), this estate is run with respect for the natural cycle of the vine by Marc Mittnacht, his wife Paule and their son Pierre. The welcome in the cellar is particularly warm: here you will find wines with character and advice on food and wine pairings. In particular, you will be able to taste the Gentil Cuvée Copains-Copines (a delicious blend of pinot blanc, auxerrois, riesling, pinot gris, muscat and gewurztraminer) and the Riesling Esprit Libre (a natural wine made without inputs) which is pleasantly dry and fresh!
