Mizen Head Information Centre, to discover Ireland's most southerly point and a lighthouse exhibition.
Mizen Head is the southernmost tip of Ireland. The scenery here is quite impressive, with ocean waves crashing violently against vertiginous cliffs. It's the epitome of the country, and can be reached by taking a suspension bridge to the very end of the peninsula. The lighthouse houses an interesting exhibition on the living conditions of lighthouse keepers. An information center and restaurant, expanded this year, are also on site.

La pointe de Mizen, endroit surplombant les falaises et offrant un panorama splendide sur la mer. possibilité de visiter le phare et un petit musé qui fait revivre les gardiens d'autre fois. On y accède par un pont suspendu, accessible aussi pour les handicapés et poussettes!
