This museum and information center aims to explain in an interactive way the volcanic landscape of La Garrotxa to the visitor

This museum and information centre replaces the old Volcano Museum. This new "Espai Cràter" aims to explain the volcanic landscape of La Garrotxa to visitors in an interactive way. The discovery is made through virtual reality glasses that allow to understand the seismic and volcanic phenomena. The permanent exhibition focuses on the presentation of the Garrotxa (seismic and volcanic phenomena, ecosystems). Located on the side of the Montsacopa volcano, it is the starting point for a beautiful discovery walk.
