Opened four years ago by Cathy Jault Girard and Nadine Lang, the B'Yoga studio's refined decor (natural materials and soft lighting) creates a pleasant sense of calm and well-being. Its team of yogis will introduce you to different styles of yoga (hatah, vinyasa, yin, regenerative, prenatal, nidra, pranayama...). As a member of the Chambre des professions de la santé durable, Cathy offers individual sessions of yogatherapy, the benefits of which are recognized for people suffering from pathologies such as OCD, phobias, depression, post-traumatic shock or addictions. Good news: you can check the class schedule on the website to sign up whenever you like. After class, B'Yoga offers you tea in its zen space as the highlight of an enchanted interlude. At B'Yoga, we understand the importance of taking care of ourselves to better open up to others.
