Atypical in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes, Château Beaubois is atypical thanks to the microclimate it enjoys overlooking the Scamandre pond. A coastline on the edge of the sandy wines, but which does not have the superficiality of it while retaining a small iodized taste specific to wines facing the Mediterranean. The Beaubois terroir is exceptional and Fanny and François Boyer know how to get the best out of it by bringing the touch of modernity that their youth suggests. Organic farming since 2009, the estate and its wines are to be discovered as soon as possible.
