Pour un séjour d’une nuit dans ce bel hôtel entouré de verdure, nous avons dû subir l’incompétence du management à l’occasion d’un incident qui nous a gâché le séjour.
Nous signalons le soir de notre arrivée vers 17h00 que nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude.
A 19h00, on nous précise qu’il faut faire couler l’eau assez longtemps et que tout est dans l’ordre après vérification…
Passe une nuit et, le matin, toujours pas d’eau chaude ! Aucune solution n’est apportée à notre problème, ni proposition d’une autre salle d’eau, ni réelle prise en compte de notre souci. La direction est inexistante ni même n’a pris le temps de nous appeler. A notre départ, petite note complémentaire de 20€ (les petits-déjeuners). J’insiste un peu pour demander un geste commercial pour des clients qui ont dû se laver a l’eau froide. Impossible et excuses du bout des lèvres. On est passé pour des importuns!
