This is a clean hotel and a nice place. No breakfast and only delivery or the little store downstairs. Gym was disappointing and small but the staff was very courteous and fast at providing anything needed.
Great location if you are there for a conference because it is connected to the hotel, so no need to have a coat especially in the Winter.
The staff is friendly for most part.
The big disappointment were the rooms… not sure if you get a better room at « gold » level, but as a silver member, I got acknowledged during check in but ended up with a standard double beds room which I do not like (especially when I requested a queen bed). Maintenance (renovation or repairs) is necessary in the rooms as it is getting old and the 2 times I stayed there I had rust in the shower…
For a hotel of the size of Four Points, it is also weird that they don’t have a bar or a coffee shop inside the hotel? We have to go outside with a car as nothing was opened near by, and it was early evening!
Hotel is new, modern and directly connected to the convention center. Rooms have a fridge and coffee maker, microwave is available for use in the market downstairs.
Their outdoor hot tub pool is amazing. You can enjoy the cool winter breeze over your head while you enjoy the hot water soak.
Parking is free. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby from 7am-11pm.
My stay at the hotel was regrettably marked by notable shortcomings. The in-room coffee machine, initially found in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness, failed to meet basic standards. A subsequent request for a replacement was met with further disappointment, as the provided substitute exhibited a similar lack of hygiene.
Compounding matters, there was a noticeable lapse in housekeeping protocol, with the bed linens remaining unchanged. This collective experience reflects a deviation from expected standards of cleanliness and service. Such discrepancies warrant attention, as they impact the overall guest satisfaction and the perceived value of the accommodation.
