MUSEUM OF TVARŮŽKY (MUZEUM TVARŮŽKY)

In the village of Loštice, this museum pays tribute to the Czechs' favorite cheese: tvarůžky from Olomouc, small white cheeses that have been produced here for 600 years and are characterized by a slight tang. Recognizable by its smell and yellow rind, this soft cow's milk cheese can be enjoyed at any time, even at breakfast! It has been made since the 15th century in the region, and a protective society for tvarůžky has even existed since 1876.
