CHEMINS DE RANDONNÉES AUTOUR D'IS-SUR-TILLE
The city and its surroundings are ideal for pleasant walks. The Tourist Office also offers you three signposted and listed roads from Is-sur-Tille. You can take the Meuley tour (7 km), a circuit partly made of forest that lasts 2 hours. On this occasion, discover among others: the Courtines reach, the halls, the defence ditch of the Middle Ages. Slightly longer, the tour of the Combe Marey (8 km) takes you to discover a beautiful view of the city and the banks of the Ignon. The most courageous can choose the Mauritanian circuit (11 km) for a ride of nearly 2h45 with a higher level of difficulty than the first two. They will discover the limestone plateau that dominates Is, a calvary, the Marcevaux fountain and the small bell tower. A great way to get some fresh air with family or friends.
