Accessible via a beautiful cycle path, this is an Aboriginal spiritual site where the ancestral giant goanna is honoured.

A 20-minute drive away, Simpsons Gap can also be reached by a beautiful 17 km cycle path starting from the John Flynn memorial. An exceptional backdrop often used for wedding photos. It's an Aboriginal spiritual site honoring the ancestral giant goanna. Scour the cliffs for a glimpse of a small wallaby, or a perentie, Australia's largest monitor lizard. Nice walks: the pleasant Ghost Gum walk (20 min.), the Cassia Hill walk (1 hr.) offering a breathtaking view of the Gap or the Woodland Trail (one day) through the mulga acacias.
