One way to reach the pools is via Grand-Fond beach, which is not very suitable for swimming. Nestled between cliffs, they offer a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. Anse de Colombier is a hidden treasure at the western end of Saint-Barthélemy. Your desires for peace and quiet will find an echo in this paradise, which is just a short walk away. This secluded beach, untouched by the crowds, can be reached from the Route de Flamands or Petite-Anse. For the less intrepid, access by boat is also possible. The crystal-clear waters of this nature reserve invite snorkeling, revealing a diverse array of marine life, including turtles.

A little anecdote : there's only one villa here, at the top of the hill, once owned by the American tycoon Rockefeller.

5. Lorient, calm restored

The cradle of evangelization, Lorient reveals its charm with an emblematic church and a peaceful cemetery.
