Iris is a delightful restaurant and lounge bar, in its green and soothing setting facing the sea, within the Sharq Village Ritz Carlton complex, especially its outdoor terrace with its wooden deck. One can first indulge in a real signature mixology cocktail made with premium spirits (which comes at a price, especially in Qatar), before going to the table. On the menu, a light international menu, with mini-burgers, healthy salads, poke bowls, ceviches, a handful of dishes and a dozen starters. Brunch on Friday.
