On The Pearl's Croisette, one address stands out for its chic Mexican cantina table. Dare to try the homemade guacamole with local pomegranate, the tacos, the nachos with the famous pico de gallo sauce, the real chili con carne, or the beef casserole... A signature dish: the Mole con Pollo, chicken with a sauce of about 30 ingredients, including cocoa, cinnamon, chili, following a grandmother's recipe of star chef Richard Sandoval. As a bonus, he has just opened a new table, Maya Doha, in the Kempinski at West Bay.
