La Cave du Chambertin is the latest addition to La Rôtisserie du Chambertin, a Gevrey institution with its Table d'Hôtes, Bistrot Lucien and charming hotel. This wine bar, also a boutique and restaurant, is a convivial place where you can taste over 150 wine references, selected by chef and sommelier Alexis Rappe. The Côte de Nuits takes pride of place, and the cuisine is designed to sublimate these wines: escargots and oeufs meurette are served alongside delicious platters and tapas for sharing.
