In addition to the 150 references of wine that you can find (the menu focuses on natural wines and wines from Gevrey-Chambertin), taste the delicious 100% homemade snacking options prepared by Olivier Perreaut, the chef of the Castel de Très Girard: bagel with smoked salmon, tart with Castel tomatoes and fresh goat cheese, marbled ham, as well as dishes cooked in jars (organic vegetable pickles, farm chicken rillettes...) For the decoration: marble, granite and colored wallpaper!
