The Table d'Hôtes de la Rôtisserie du Chambertin offers you a journey to the land of refinement in the heart of the wine village. A stone house, a calm atmosphere and a well thought out menu, all managed by the duo formed by Lucie and Thomas Collomb. The chef signs a menu close to the local terroir, giving pride of place to organic and short, even very short, circuits.
