PEPPERMINT BAY CRUISES

Its waterfront location, the spectacular view of Bruny Island, the architecture of the building, the garden and the reputation of its cuisine are enough reasons to visit Peppermint Bay, either by road or by boat. Cruises are organized from Hobart and include a visit to a salmon farm in the d'Entrecasteaux Channel, with the underwater camera sometimes allowing to see lobsters.
