Set between sea cliffs and arid plains, the park is home to a pretty stretch of the Eyre Highway. Camping is permitted in certain areas, such as Koonalda, accessible via a 14 km track from the Eyre Highway. Facilities are limited, including toilets near the old homestead. Camping is prohibited in the Nullarbor Wilderness Protection Area, including the Bunda cliffs, due to the instability of the cliffs. Other options: Nullarbor and Border Village service stations, or rest areas along the Eyre Highway.
