Silo art has been transforming the landscape of rural communities since 2015, with more than 60 sites decorated across the country. In Horsham, the silo has since 2022 boasted a mural by artist Sam Bates, aka 'Smug', honoring Yanggendyinanyuk, a Wotjobaluk warrior from the XIXᵉ century. His totem, the black cockatoo, is also depicted on the adjacent mill. Continuing towards St Arnaud, other works enrich the artistic journey, offering an original cultural dimension.
