Edensy, the commercial brand of T2A Immobilier, has become a major developer in Dijon, as highlighted by its new programs for 2024. In Dijon, construction of the Cours Fleury student residence opposite the BSB business school has created 112 studio flats. The Parc Drapeau program on avenue du Drapeau involves 239 housing units, 180 of which are dedicated to students. Near its head office in Fontaine-lès-Dijon, Les Terrasses de Comblanchien will create 78 housing units. Edensy is also making a name for itself in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur, where it is developing a number of attractive programs in the Troubadours district. After Le 5e Art and Cœurs des Arts come Les Jardins de Chevigny, comprising 4 residences with a total of 150 apartments and a swimming pool. This will be followed by Poésia, two small apartment buildings for 100 properties, again with swimming pools. Finally, in the same district, around twenty houses will complete the ensemble.
