Lorsque j'ai réservé mes vacances à l'avance, le magasin de plongée m'a encouragé à payer mes plongées à l'avance, ce que j'ai fait. tout d'abord, le magasin n'offre pas beaucoup d'options. Seulement des bouteilles ALM de taille unique, pas d'acier, pas de nitrox. Sur les 3 guides que j'ai eus, un seul semblait attentif, et souvent les guides ne contactaient pas les plongeurs pour savoir s'il restait de l'O2. Pas beaucoup de planification de plongée non plus. Je me suis inscrit pour 2 plongées avec des requins, et la première s'est très bien passée. 2 jours plus tard, j'ai participé à deux plongées matinales avant la plongée de l'après-midi. il y avait un plongeur extrêmement inexpérimenté lors des plongées matinales. il n'avait plus d'O2 à peu près à la moitié de chaque plongée. Le protocole normal voudrait que le guide mette fin à la plongée, mais il ne l'a pas fait et a laissé le plongeur utiliser son octopus. La flottabilité du plongeur était également très mauvaise. Malgré l'inexpérience avérée du plongeur, il a été autorisé à participer à la plongée avec les requins de l'après-midi. Lors de cette plongée, le plongeur était dans un état lamentable, tombant de partout, erratique, tout ce qu'il ne faut pas faire lors d'une plongée avec des requins. En outre, il a frappé plusieurs requins au visage avec son bâton, ce qui n'était absolument pas nécessaire. Enfin, je n'ai pas pu effectuer toutes les plongées que j'avais réservées à cause de la pluie un jour. ma carte de crédit initiale a expiré et le magasin a refusé de me rembourser sur une autre carte, ou via paypal ou venmu. la seule option était le virement bancaire et les frais auraient annulé le remboursement. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec eux.

le 1er ne réserve rien en ligne, ils ne font pas ou ne louent pas la moitié des choses. Ils ne font pas de plongées de nuit ou de plongées à moins qu'il y ait 4 personnes ou plus. En gros, vous avez de la chance de pouvoir faire une plongée décente. Notre plongée s'est faite avec une fille qui se faisait certifier pour la plongée, donc nous avons pu aller très loin du bateau qui avait plus de 30 minutes de retard, ce qui a réduit notre temps de plongée encore plus et nous avons quand même payé le plein prix. Mon expérience avec ce soi-disant magasin de plongée n'a pas été bonne depuis notre premier jour ici et nous sommes membres du Wyndham Resort. Nous resterons peut-être au resort mais nous irons dans un autre magasin de plongée après cette semaine de non-plongée ! Voilà pour les vacances de plongée....100% frustré !!!!!!! LE SITE DE L'ASSOCIATION A ÉTÉ MIS EN PLACE PAR LE MINISTÈRE DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT ET DE L'AMÉNAGEMENT DU TERRITOIRE. Merci Ali d'avoir essayé d'aider vos collègues qui n'ont pas su communiquer.

I can recommend not to go there.

This place was trashed, there was trash on the beach and in the pool it was just a trash place.

If you try to plan ahead, don’t use the web site to book anything. I booked online for Shark Alley. Got there and they couldn’t find my reservation or proof of payment. They they told me they weren’t going to shark alley. Even worse, I tried calling about 10 times prior to the trip and nobody ever answered. I also tried emailing. Never received a response.

Service once we got there. Dive master was a nice guy, but spent the time taking pictures instead of being a guide.

Actually feel quite let down by this dive centre. I booked three dives including the shark dive I did on the first day and then was told on two subsequent days that there weren't enough divers to go out. I appreciate they can't go out with only one or two divers but the way they market themselves is as a busy dive centre.

Also, do they really ever go to Tiger Beach? Again told that a minimum number of divers were required but there was no sign up sheet or promotion of the dive onsite and I see no mention of the trip in any other review. If I'd known I'd have dived with another centre as the report onsite isn't great either.

Lastly was sold an "excursion" for $120 which amounted to no more than a taxi ride to a beach and a 15 min walking "tour."

Still giving 3 stars though as the dive guides and instructors were friendly and professional and the shark dive I did was great fun and well managed.

Their rental regulators were all garbage.
Multiple trips were delayed by an hour. Paperwork was not easy.

Good staff at sales department located abroad (in Egipt). Helpful, polite and comunicative, except for my last feedback presented below. I choosen that low reviewed hotel for the location of diving center inside of it, to have two more days of diving, after an outstanding Tiger Beach day with Neal Watson, the only one Tiger Beach operator from the shore in Grand Bahama ( all the others, including Reef Oasis, are selling for him)
The manager from diving center is rude, does not have any ideea about comunication. His assistant has some lack of comunication skills too. A younger employee and at least one of divemasters are polite and mannered.
I choosen, after another two attemps, a very good local operator Grand Bahama Scuba, managed directly by owners Fred and Melinda. That decision saved my next diving days.

I did a few dives with my 13yr old daughter and one snorkeling trip with my 10yr old son with this dive center. We had a really good time, everybody there was very friendly and helpful. Michael took great care of my daughter over and under water, he´s also kind to younger children. I really enjoyed the snorkeling trip with my 10yr old son, the sea life was so abundant and colourful at Rainbow Reef – my son had a great time! Everyone working at the dive center were very friendly. We would definitely come back!

Michael, Audrey, and Tiffany were amazing! Big shout out to Audrey for helping me out! If you get a chance, it is a must-do activity. Basil, the boat captain, was great also!

We were very well received by Emilie, Basil and Mickaël. There are beautiful diving spots and many things to see.
