Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Un moment rare humainement. Nous avons pu échanger un long moment sur ce beau métier de passion, vigneron. Cette passion se ressent dans les vins du domaine. J’ai pu confirmer le ressenti que j’avais eu en dégustant le pinot noir au restaurant en région parisienne. L’adresse est incontournable si vous aimez les vins d’Alsace.
Rendez-vous à Coulommiers. Je ramène l’andouille de Guémené!!!
