Paying $220 was outrageous for all the inconveniences. The construction was everywhere making parking limited. The ice machine was unplugged and not working. The room's TV didn't turn on, curtains didn't close well, bright light directly outside the window, little lights everywhere in the room that couldn't be turned off and no continental breakfast. Definitely do not get what you pay for here, hopefully once construction is done some of those issues will be alleviated, however in the meantime they'll still charge you as if their hotel is functional.

This hotel is a mess! There was NO TOILET PAPER in my bathroom … not that the roll was missing, I mean there was literally no roll and no TP holder anywhere, no place to even put it. (Thankfully there was some Kleenex.)

And the beds were made up with no flat sheets, just fitted sheets and the comforter/coverlet, which God knows how often that gets washed! So if you want to be covered while sleeping you have to drape your body with something that probably isn’t recently cleaned. Gross.

Normally HGI is a fine choice, but this location really shames the name. Steer clear!!

My stay was for my Uncles 80th Birthday event. I was so happy to be at this hotel! Jackie, Lyric, Darren (manager) and Thresa (house keeper) had the best attitudes. The hotel was clean and made me feel at home. Thank you for a clean hotel room and a great stay.

The hotel is under construction but we were able to stay in new rooms which were nice but the shower did not have a grab bar which is dangerous for us elders. The breakfast was excellent and service very good.

If you do not have to come Don’t! Depressing town !! Hotel is dated ,the cleaning crew is terrible , The staff is unfriendly and un helpful. Worst Hilton Garden on the Map! Do yourself a favor do not waste your time staying at this dated unkept hotel

I have stayed at a lot oh Hilton hotels in my day but this one is great.The nice lady at the front desk Miss Rassa was great. she greeted me with a smile that would light up the room upon check-in. My room was not available. She immediately upgraded at no extra charge. After a long day of travel it was nice to go straight to my room. The rooms were immaculate. I must say, the renovations did not bother me one bit, the housekeeping staff as well are very remarkable at this Hilton. Thank you again for all of my accommodations and I will be coming back to this hotel.

I was here for a short trip, but the staff were terrific. Overly apologetic about the renovations and very warm to my wife and I. I was on the 2nd floor, which is not renovated, and experienced an issue with the wifi and some mold in the corner of the tub. The manager apologized and assured me that the next time I come I would be in a renovated room. I will definitely give them another shot based on the service.

Booked hotel online for work. There was nothing on the website stating that the hotel is under construction. This place is a mess. No Wifi on 2nd floor working. Hotel Staff was unable to fix so they are not charging for my stay. Breakfast is not complimentary and you have to take a hike to get there. It is basically the same food other hotels you get for free. There was some kind of sausage there but it was so bad I bite and spit it out. I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20yrs. Most horrible place I've stayed in the Hilton Chain of hotels.

I rarely leave a bad review. I’m in Hilton properties two or three weeks per month.

I’ve been in this one twice in the past couple of months because I keep forgetting how bad it is.

The place is being renovated but I cannot understate how bad it is. I’m frankly surprised that Hilton is letting it stay open.

The lobby is closed which means the dining area doesn’t exist. The pool is closed. The laundry is closed. The gym is open but for real, look at the pictures. The internet has not worked either time I have been there (and it’s not me).

Rooms are pretty rough.

Maybe they should rebrand it a Hilton Curio with a “Money Pit” movie theme.

If smells could talk….

As a diamond member of Hilton, I usually have high expectations and pleasant experiences, but my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn was appalling and a complete letdown.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a musty, moldy smell that seemed to permeate every corner of the hotel. The condition of the facilities was shockingly poor, with visible signs of neglect and disrepair. In my room, the situation was no better. The walls and furnishings appeared old and worn out, with some areas torn up, making me question the overall maintenance of the hotel.

The most distressing part was the unbearable smell of mold in my room, which made it almost impossible to breathe comfortably. I’ve had better nights sleeping in my car than trying to rest in such an unhealthy environment.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience. It was far below the standard expected from a Hilton establishment, especially for a loyal diamond member. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management to take immediate action and rectify these unacceptable conditions.

This was the absolute worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here! Smelled like weed at the entrance. Housekeeping needs refreshers on how to clean. Place smelled like mildew and mold. Shower had no water pressure. Covers on the thermostat fell off when changed the temperature. Curtains were falling off. There was no remote in the room, so my husband went down to get one and he was given a remote with tape holding the batteries in. Called front desk to get a blanket and no answer. This hotel has apparently has been under construction for atleast 6 months. I think thats their excuse why this property is so bad. This place needs to be demolished not renovated. Had no idea there was another Hilton Garden inn probably 10 minutes away right off the interstate. Motel 6 would have been a step up from this place. You have been warned! Too bad I had to give it one star!

Hotel is not as pictured in the adds. Very old and dirty. Faucet in bathroom sprays the wall when you turn it on. Caulking in shower dirty and missing in many places. Walls doors and carpet dirty smudges everywhere. Don't even offer coffee

We were given a room on the third floor
The place is old, dirty and we had a cockroach in the bathroom twice.…

If it wasn't for the fact it was 2 ish in the morning….we would have left

I left the lights on and we left by 6 am...felt dirty all the way home. Everything was left in the garage and took a shower immediately

Just came from there. The renovation was not a problem for me but with it going on it left a nail in the parking lot and it caused my tire to go flat. The service was okay but the shortage of face towels came to a shock to me.

Rooms were outdated but staff was amazing and friendly, great Mexican restaurant across the street. Our ac didn’t work but they were fast on it and had it fixed within 15 mins.
